About Sermorelin
Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the first 29 amino acids of human growth hormone–releasing hormone, with a C-terminal amide.
GHRH(1–29) is regarded as the shortest fragment that retains full activity at the GHRH receptor in vitro, which makes it a common reference point in structure–activity studies of GHRH analogs.
Common research areas
- GHRH receptor pharmacology
- Structure–activity relationships of GHRH fragments
- Somatotroph cell culture models
- Peptide amidation studies

Store sealed vials refrigerated at 2–8 °C, protected from light and moisture. For extended storage, −20 °C is standard practice for lyophilized peptides. Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation, and avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
Handle all research materials using appropriate laboratory practices and personal protective equipment, in line with your institution’s safety procedures. Keep out of reach of children.
Each container is printed with a lot number (CRL-SER-5-0915). The Certificate of Analysis for each lot reports HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity results.
