1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase from Coastal Research Labs, LLC (“Coastal Research Labs,” “we,” “us”), Coastal Research Labs, LLC, 312 W 2nd St, Unit #A3730, Casper, WY 82601. By using the site or submitting an order request you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing on behalf of yourself or an organization for legitimate laboratory, analytical or educational research. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe these Terms are not being followed.
3. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion or application, and are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices. Products have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other agency for any human or veterinary use. You agree not to use, resell or represent any product for such purposes.
Product descriptions are general scientific background for researchers and are not claims of safety or efficacy. We do not provide dosing, administration, medical or personal-use advice.
4. Order requests, pricing & payment
Submitting an order request through this website does not create a binding contract or charge. An order is accepted only when we issue an invoice and receive payment in full. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice before an invoice is issued. We may limit quantities or decline requests. Payment instructions are provided on the invoice.
5. Shipping, risk & returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that receiving the products is lawful where you are.
6. Buyer responsibilities
You agree to handle, store and dispose of products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and institutional safety procedures, using properly trained personnel. You accept full responsibility for any use of products after delivery.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for conformity to the specification stated on the lot’s Certificate of Analysis at the time of shipment, products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any misuse of products.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coastal Research Labs, LLC and its members, employees and agents from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
